North Bay ATC will be decorating a tree for the Toms River Elks annual Festival of Trees on December 8th. The community is welcome to attend and vote on our tree for a donation to The Arc with 100% of proceeds supporting our mission. The event will have music, light snacks, drinks and a cash kitchen for light fare dinner options.
