Commercial Cleaning Services
The Arc Cleaning Services provides quality cleaning to local businesses and commercial properties. Supervised by a crew chief, crews perform janitorial duties including:

Shredding Services
The Arc Shredding Services are performed by individuals with disabilities under supervision in our facility at the Lakewood Industrial Park. The Arc is committed in reducing pollution by partnering with Ocean County Department of Solid Waste. By recycling shredding materials we will decrease the amount of solid waste in our municipal landfills and reduce pollution.

TWE Job Sites
The Arc's Employment Supports is seeking new business partners to participate as Trial Work Experience (TWE) job sites for individuals with disabilities in Ocean County. Individuals in the program should feel valued and viewed as equal contributors to the workplace.
Employers provide training, scheduling, evaluations and feedback to clients. Employers are not permitted to pay out a wage for TWE work performed, and clients will not replace paid staff. Individuals in TWE will be fully supervised at all times by Arc staff who will serve as a liaison between the individual and employer.
