This apartment is conveniently located close to the Garden State Parkway and Route 9 in Lacey Township. The two (2) bedroom apartment features both handicap accessible kitchen and bathroom and an open concept floor plan. Residents of the complex can utilize the on-site fitness room and community room.
The ideal candidate for this vacancy would be a female between the ages of 30-60. She would be living with one other female, common areas are kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer, including a private bathroom. This person must be able to self-preserve, as staff are not in the apartment at all times. This individual needs to have unsupervised time.

The two (2) bedroom apartment features both handicap accessible kitchen/ bathrooms and has an open concept floor plan. Residents of the complex can utilize the on-site fitness room and community room.
The ideal candidates for this vacancy would be a male between the ages of 22-50. They would be living with one other male individual. This person must be able to self-preserve, as staff are not in the apartment at all times.

PIER 1 Residential Opening for (1) Group Home in Brick
This male group home is located close to Route 88 in Brick Township. This one-story ranch-style group home has 4 bedrooms and features handicap-accessible ramps in the front and back of the home and two bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible.
The ideal candidate for this vacancy would be a male between the ages of 45-70. He would be living with three other males, two of whom use wheelchairs in the home. The common areas and bathrooms would be shared. This group home currently has enhanced medical support with LPN staffing from 7 am to 11 pm.

The ideal candidate for this vacancy would be a female between the ages of 30-60. They would be living with one other roommate, which common areas, including the bathroom would be shared. This person must be able to self-preserve, as staff are not in the apartment at all times. This individual needs to have at least 4 hours of unsupervised time.

Residents of the complex can utilize the on-site fitness room and community room. This person must be able to self-preserve, as staff are not in the apartment at all times.

Residents of the complex can utilize the on-site fitness room and community room.
The ideal candidates for this vacancy would be a male between the ages of 20-50. They would share common areas, including the bathroom, with one (1) or two (2) other individuals. This person must be able to self-preserve, as staff are not in the apartment at all times. Candidates must have the ability to be unsupervised for multiple hours at a time and not require overnight checks.
