Vocational Services
Vocational Services provide job training, employment opportunities, and transportation to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities with the goal of finding productive employment, increasing self-sufficiency and self esteem, and providing valuable resources to the community.
Programs and Services

Adult Training Centers (ATC) provide training and day habilitation services with an emphasis placed on acquiring life, social, and work-related skills.

The Arc Employment Center (AEC) provides supported group employment to clients to maximize potential and teach appropriate work skills and behaviors.

Employment Supports encourages individuals to participate in various community based service options to gain the skills for competitive employment. The Arc of Ocean County can provide services under the Ticket to Work program. Benefits Counselors are available to explain social security benefits while pursuing work goals.

Transition Services provides customized programming to students transitioning out of high school looking for employment and/or vocational, life, and social skills training opportunities

The Pre-ETS Paid Internship Program will provide mentorships, workshops, applied learning activities, and paid work-based internships.

Employment, Development, Guidance, and Engagement (EDGE) to support blind and vision impaired students in New Jersey.

The Arc provides transportation to and from all vocational day programs, community based opportunities and residences.
