What We’re Looking For
The success of our programs relies on the dedication and qualities of our staff. Many of our roles, especially Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), require certain key attributes to ensure the best care and support for our community members. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities:

- Problem-Solving: The ability to find solutions to challenging situations.
- Patience: Essential for working through complex and sometimes slow-moving processes.

- Recreation Services: Recreation Assistant
- Administration: Human Resources Coordinator
