The Arc, Ocean County Chapter is excited to share a series of blogs written by participants with disabilities at our Journeys and Discovery vocational day program.

I have been a participant at Journeys and Discovery since November 1, 2023. 

I enjoy the Georgian Court University Dining job sample. I clean the tables, windows, door handles and sweep the floors there. 

I also like to volunteer at Wranglebrook Community Garden in Toms River. I pull weeds, plant seeds and water plants. Field of Dreams is another job sample I really like. I fill bird seed and water plants there. Playing on the equipment, when I finish working is fun!
